The product, in detail

What Regorus does with the dossier.

Seven capabilities, one page each, with the scope of every one and what the practice has to do to get started.

Seven capabilities, one single chain

An estate is not settled one function at a time. These seven pages describe a single movement, which starts with the people and ends on an archive you can hand over.

Three rules that hold across the product

They are not settings: they are written into the code, and they explain most of the choices described in these pages.

01The software proposes, the practice decides
A devolution, an amount read from a document, a letter ready to go: everything reaches the screen as a proposal to validate, never as a done deal. No check blocks an action, and no extraction overwrites a value you corrected.
02Nothing leaves the dossier without a move from the practice
A letter to an institution, a message to an heir, an amount published in the heir portal, an archive downloaded: each waits for your click. We flag what is due and we draft the content; you are the one who sends it.
03Every proposal shows where it came from
An amount is shown with the document that carries it, a devolution with the deeds it rests on, a person with the passage that names them, an institution's contact details with the date they were last checked. A proposal without a source cannot be checked, so it cannot be validated.

Frequently asked questions

Does Regorus replace our deed-drafting software?

No, and it does not aim to. Your deed-drafting software remains the tool for the deed itself. Regorus takes on the work that comes before: gathering the documents, writing to institutions, consolidating assets and debts, tracking deadlines. The two complement each other.

Is Regorus useful for anything other than estates?

No, and that is a deliberate choice. The whole product is designed for settling an estate: the phases of a dossier, devolution, the estate value, the article 641 deadline. A general-purpose tool could not know the filing deadline or the estate departments of French banks.

What has to be configured before the first dossier?

Nothing mandatory. The standard filing, the plan and the checks apply from the first dossier. Two optional settings are done once for the whole practice: the labels of your tree, and the way you name your files.

Is dossier data used to train an AI?

No, never without the practice's explicit consent. Analysis relies on a French AI hosted in Europe, data stays exclusively in France, walled off practice by practice, and every viewing is logged.
